UPDATE: Dubois Water Customers November 2019 Bills

Update on the November 2019 Customer Bills with large meter accounts. The billing Tech Support has fixed the problem in the billing software due the new installation of Windows 10. If a customer would like a new bill sent to show the current read and gallons, please call the office to have another bill sent to you for your records. Everything on your previous bill is correct, some of the info was missing when bill was printed. Again we apologize for this inconvenience in this matter. The Office Employees worked very diligently to get with tech support to resolve the problem to have satisfaction for our customers.
